• Booking a gîte implies acceptance of all of our conditions.
  • Article L.221-28 of the consumer code does not provide for a withdrawal period for accommodation and catering activities.
  • Tenants will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and make good use of it in accordance with the destination.
  • Taking possession of the gîte: after 4:00pm and return by 9:30am.
  • For weekends 2 or 3 days: after 2:00pm and return by 11:00am
  • No arrivals after 9:30pm and no departures before 7:00 am, unless prior agreement.
  • Pets: 10€/night - 50€/week. They will be kept on a lead in all common areas, never alone in the gîtes.
  • Owners are responsible for their animals and for preserving the tranquility of all.
  • Private pool (13x5m) is shared with the tenants, secured but not supervised, with exclusive access for the tenants. Balloons, inflatable mattresses and other annoying objects are not admitted. Open and heated with a heating pump from beginning of april till the end of september (and more if weather permitting).
  • Includes: water, electricity and gas (for normal using)
  • Heating: wood and electric heating are included from november till march.
  • Participation of 5€/day if desired outside this period.
  • Washing machine: a laundry is available at Le Mas.
  • Free for one washing per week of rental and 3€ of participation for the following.
  • Tourist taxes to be paid on site.
  • Internet: WIFI in the gîtes or free WIFI access.
  • Deposit (300€) is to be paid on site the day of arrival, returned in a maximum period of one week after the end date of hire, if accommodation is returned in good condition, clean and with complete inventory.
  • All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit check of 30% (rounded to nearest €). For a better respect of our planet, payment by bank transfer only. For reservations made less than 30 days before the date of stay, the full price has to be paid.
  • The client who has not paid the balance by the agreed date is considered as having canceled his stay (unless otherwise specified in the special conditions) without them benefiting from any compensation.
  • Through email, you'll receive a receipt of the corresponding amount of your deposit when booking and the confirmation of the reservation for the dates you have indicated.
  • All rentals are personal and can not in any case be assigned or sublet.
  • In the absence of a written message from the tenant that had to postpone his arrival, renting becomes available again 24 hours after the scheduled arrival of the tenant. (Telephone messages are not accepted).
  • Tenants' cancellation conditions: You will be charged rental fees:
    • An amount equal to 30% of the full cost of the stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the date of arrival.
    • An amount equal to the total stay if you cancel less than 30 days before or if you do not show on that date.
  • Owner cancellation conditions: refund of deposit + 10% interest and damage.
  • No reduction will be made in the case of late arrival or early departure.
  • If the number of tenants exceeds the specified capacity, the owner reserves the right to refuse the additional tenants or to receive an increase of 25€/night/pers.
  • Application of current and evolving health rules to limit COVID-19 preparedness.
  • To limit the number of people in the Mas and cottages, visits are no longer allowed.
  • Article L 223-2 provides that when a professional is required to collect telephone data from a consumer, he informs them of his right to register on the list of opposition to canvassing (BLOCTEL device)
  • Insurances: The tenant is obliged to ensure the lodging entrusted to him. He must therefore verify if his main contract foresees the extension of the holiday rental. In the contrary hypothesis, he must take the necessary steps to validate this point.
  • Article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code provides, if necessary, for the use of a consumer mediator.
  • Place of jurisdiction: We always offer to settle disputes amicably.
  • If this was not the case, article R 631-3 of the Consumer Code specifies that the consumer can seize any jurisdiction with territorial jurisdiction.
